It's a huge bummer because I didn't want to have to go over to big-doodle.

Works well and it's ready to use, I recommend it for anyone who wants a calendar booking system for others to book slots.

I’m genuinely impressed with TidyCal. It covers the most common scheduling needs - booking links, multiple meeting types and durations, timezone handling, and optional paid bookings - and does it all smoothly.

I’ve used Calendly and other competitors, and while they offer more bells and whistles, the added complexity and ongoing costs rarely justify the difference.

For anyone looking for a clean, effective scheduling tool without the subscription bloat, TidyCal is a no-brainer. I’m not sure how their business model works (a one-time fee in exchange for lead-gen to AppSumo?), but I’m glad it does.

For me, TidyCal strikes an impressive balance between simplicity and functionality. It's easy to use, cleanly designed, and delivers features that genuinely support business workflows without the overwhelm or high cost of more bloated and subscription-based alternatives.

I like how intuitive the setup is. From embedding it seamlessly on my website to syncing all my calendars—including iCloud, not just Google—it’s been a frictionless experience. Features like buffer times, private calendar links, and drag-and-drop appointment organization show real thoughtfulness in the design. It’s clearly built for people who value both control and clarity.

The lifetime deal I got has already paid off—and then some. It’s not just a handy tool; it’s become part of how I run my business with no stress and structure, like an online scheduling too should be. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give 4.5 tacos but nobody leaves a half taco so I ate it.

I love tidycal and it works great for me. I have one complaint that does bug me. You would think there could be a small box at the start of a booking that asks the customer do they want to pay with credit card or PayPal but tidycal support says they cant do that. Yet, when I go sho at an online site and the payment page comes up I can choose PayPal or Credit Card. Tidycal makes me set-up a seperate link or booking for each one. So, I sell 30 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours and 5 hours packages. But I have to create one 30 min for PayPal and one 30 min for Stripe. So, I have two bookings for each one. Why? Because tidycal says they can't have both PayPal and Credit Card on the same booking.

It isn't the end of the world but to my non-dev brain it seems that once the customer selects paypal then the next screen could be the paypal screen and vice versa for Stripe.

It's just what I wanted. It has all the features, is super easy to set up, always works, and doesn't have a heavy monthly bill. Thank you for this great little tool.

Love this Calendar! So easy to set up and use!

Set it up once and never have to worry about. No workarounds to avoid tiered upcharges, no visual clutter on my calendar (like Google Calendar, ugh!). It just works. Worth every penny, and then some.

It works and it's cheap, but it’s advertised as white-labeled — which is not true! You still have the Tidycal logo in emails, confirmation emails, and an outbound click link placed higher than important information for your client. PLUS, even when you embed it on your site, it adds a clearly visible Tidycal logo beneath the element, breaking your brand colors, design, and brand presence. It’s not just a logo and outbound click button — it can easily guide your hard-earned potential clients away from your site. Terrible scam.

In the product roadmap the TOP post and other top posts (Been asked about for the past 2 years) have been requesting a dark mode or ability to customize the background image of our calendar booking page. There is no way to have a dark background or match your company branding with this product.

I got an email this morning that said TidyCal got "General design and UX/UI improvements across the entire product" So I assumed ah they finally added some sort of customization finally... Nope still basic and boring.

They don't listen to community feedback. I know it's an affordable product but this is the most basic of features is still missing for an AppSumo Developed product... Just sad. I'm gonna have to give 2 tacos.

I like how easy this makes it for clients to schedule appointments. Great tutorials helped me get it all set up. The only downside is my appt. page is so visually drab.

I'm giving TidyCal 5 Tacos because its a great tool. I only wish it would integrate with other platforms I use. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
