I really like the product and want to upgrade, but I contacted customer service months ago and still haven’t heard back. It seems they’re not interested in keeping customers happy or making more sales.
If I had known their customer support was this poor, I wouldn’t have bought it.
The product itself works well on its own, but without support, I wonder when it will stop functioning. Time will tell.
For now, I’ve stopped using it because it feels like a waste of time and money. I can’t get a refund, but I wish I could so I could put my money toward something that’s properly monitored and supported by real customer service.
