I love Reach Inbox!!!! They've made the entire emailing process—from warm-ups to delivery—easy, and I never have any trouble. I highly recommend this product!

they change their policies, read their hidden texts. many limits regarding lead count, amount of email sending.

I bought when they had no limits, they changed and limited minimum 4 times in 6 months. No way to run a legit company. Sad.

Areas for Improvement:
While the UI is functional, occasional performance hiccups or slight delays in loading data could be improved.

The suspect database is useful, but filtering and segmentation options could be more advanced to better target niches or geographies.

More integrations with CRMs or other platforms would help streamline workflows for advanced users.

Verdict:
After a year of using Reachinbox.ai, I’m still impressed. It hasn’t faded into the background like many SaaS tools bought on a deal. Instead, it has remained a core part of my outbound strategy. If you're looking for a tool that not only helps with sending emails but also manages your infrastructure (like domains and inboxes) and gives you access to leads and data—all under one roof—Reachinbox is a no-brainer.

Highly recommended, especially if you can get access via a one-time offer or LTD.

ReachInbox has out preformed everything else I have tried at AppSumo. It has added more and more features and has reasonably priced the added tools. It is my go to for email outreach. I really love the warm up and email monitoring it provides. I highly recommend it for small businesses as it won't break the bank even when you scale up your email marketing.

I enjoy this tool; it is very robust. They are constantly developing and releasing new features. It is by far one of the best tools you can have for cold email. I wish they had included API in tier 3; other than that, it is fantastic.

Our marketing director said he's never seen anything like it for a cold campaign using a relatively new inbox. Full disclosure, we are using the warm up feature and its really worth allowing the time to do this. It helps your web presence reputation as well. Great product!

Been using it for a few months.. mostly good. But has been rather buggy with all sorts of features being mildly breaky. They tend to fix them quickly, but here and there I am hitting blockers. I trust that they will work them out, but it is not yet a reliable tool to set and forget.

most significnat is sometimes campaigns fail to start sending, or don't obey the scheduling rules, not sending when campaigns start, and sending beyond their end. capturing errors is hard.. just requiring looking over things to see it failing, but not know why.

there are processes that take time but don't have time indicator so you don't know that they are complete.

again, once they fix a few more major blockers, I will be happy, but right now I need a back up tool if I want to send a campaign.

Also fyi the most use of this LTD will benefit from spending more on many emails and leads, to use their integrated products. The leadfinder is not yet worth it - very poor quality, and using it to fill campaigns has been buggy.

Not sure I will be able to keep using it. i cannot trust that campaigns will start. Very buggy, without ability to troubleshoot. Concerned that they are adding features without fixing existing bugs, which is just adding more bugs.
