I recently had the chance to use this software, and although the download times were a bit long initially, the company has clearly addressed those issues. Since then, it has been running smoothly without any problems. When I noticed some pixelation in my videos, I reached out to their support team. They responded promptly, acknowledged the issue, and fixed it by the next day.
I’m really impressed with the caption graphics and how effectively the software generates them. It’s far superior to adding subtitles with other programs I've tried—much more engaging and visually appealing.

I really like the interface and editing the videos is easy, I like the fact I can save formats to apply across all videos.
Massive downside however is that I cannot get the actual videos out of the platform. The exports take hours (literally hours and hours for a short vid) and then sometimes you just then get the 'fail' notice.
Update 17/5/2025 - now the entire screen has gone black, on both Chrome and Edge. Support is just not there to fix it.
All in all, this has potential but the platform is unreliable and support is not responsive.
I'd have given this 5 stars if I could actually get the videos out.
App no longer works- pushed me for a lifetime deal - i bought it just in time for the app to crash.
App just continues to not work. And it appears from other reviews that this is not been addressed and it seems like this company has gone ghost...
Product support is very poor as no agent is available for chat support and AI is responding to quaries everytime which is not effective and giving proper solutions. Also vernacular language captions are not available. Support tickets are never addressed with any proper solution. Big no for this product.
You have to wait hours for a video to download. Horrible support service.
Waste of money
one day i worked and completed that page. the next day i'd been logged out, and when i logged back in the interface was different and all my work and edits and changes from the last few days have been lost.
Videos get removed from your work without your warning, then asking you to find new ones?? The MAGIC MOMENTS, feature has been reset to limit the amount you can add. The export feature is awful, it doesnt make for good workflow.
The customer support is non-existent, and the dubbing service has stopped working.
I had even purchased the lifetime version for Dubbing, but it no longer works.
Occasionally, someone responds to the chat on the website, telling you to wait for the process to finish: I’ve been waiting for 27 hours for the processing of a 35-second video.
It was working decently until a few days ago.
It’s ridiculous that people like this exist and that Appsumo can’t keep them out of the professionals on their platform.
This software has such a great potential. The bones are strong. But if the goal is to make users lives easier by speeding up the content creating process, then it is failing miserably. When you're in the edit it lags, freezes and takes way too long to do the simple functions. Especially compared to competitors, like Munch.
I've been using it for about a month straight and each time my laptop heats up so much that I think it's going to crash.
This is very ungood.

Bad support, didn't fix my issue, and the worst part is the subtitle editing - super laggy and really poor. Desperately wanted to like this software. Giving in and going with Veed.
been trying to connect instagram for 2 days.
Im a tech guy and did all the steps they asked fo and its not connecting.
im getting an answer from the customer support once a day and then have to wait another day for another simple question like if i did some simple step in the procedure instead of them actually doing something and checking what makes the error.
the rest of the platform seems nice, but can't test it fully yet as instagram can't be connected
