I've been using Encharge for a few weeks now and I'm genuinely impressed. As someone managing multiple brands across several languages, I needed a flexible and visual tool for automating emails – and Encharge delivers.
The visual flow builder is a highlight: intuitive yet powerful. Tagging and segmentation make it easy to keep contacts organized across different projects and purposes.
I'm still exploring all the features, but I've already set up quote request flows, onboarding emails, and targeted follow-ups with very little effort.
Support has been responsive, and the documentation is clear. For a lifetime deal, this is an excellent investment.

I actually like this more than MailChimp. This is saving me a lot on annual operation costs.

I've been a loyal Encharge user for years and have generally loved the product for its power and flexibility. However, 2025 saw a major operational misstep during what I believe was a new process hand-off, and it shook my confidence.

My account was first paused over suspicions of sending cold campaigns (which is not my practice- they flagged BreakCold leads, another appsumo tool, based on the name). After agreeing to clear things up, support accidentally deleted all my leads—contacts I’d grown over years from legit sources: website visitors, clients, LinkedIn, etc. I never authorized these deletions and suddenly lost vital data without being warned. To their credit, support provided a backup restoration of my contacts, but when my account was finally reinstated, a segment trigger was missed by support, causing all my contacts (including those just restored) to receive unintended marketing flows—effectively spamming my entire list. This was deeply embarrassing and potentially damaging. While support reacted quickly to stop the flows once I noticed, their new process clearly failed both technical safeguards and communication protocols.

I do want to highlight that support was responsive throughout, and they did make good faith attempts to solve the issues as they unfolded. But this sequence—account pause, mass deletion without consent, partial restoration, and then a bulk send error—should never happen for a SaaS CRM. The stress of nearly losing my list and then mistakenly emailing everyone makes it hard to rate higher. With all that said, I’m sticking around, hoping management stability improves, but until there’s more reliability, I can only recommend with caution.

Wow. encharge is gold.
For context - I’ve used Zago, Acumbamail, mailerlite, Convert Kit, and Tarvent. For LTD, Tarvent has been the best. Really solid delivery rates, and everything is customizable. But the UI is terrible.
Since I already have Tarvent, I wasn’t excited to buy another email platform. But last week I learned that over 200 subscribers didn’t have my daily newsletter tag attached because of some mistake in an automation. I went to the automations and just froze. I had no idea where to look, or how to fix it. It was going to take hours to attempt to fix this...
So I grabbed Encharge - and it’s been amazing. The flows are simple to build. Everything works with the fewest number of clicks. Using it is as intuitive as ConvertKit is - Super happy with it!

Will test the deliverability next week, but from what I’ve seen, it looks promising. I in 3 businesses in my 9-5, and I’m looking at bringing all of them over to Encharge (if they can get a Shopify integration up)

I’ve been immersed in the world of email marketing for almost 20 years and have tried all services from mailchimp to active campaign to infusionsoft. And Encharge is blowing my mind. The best part is the very intuitive interface. The functionality is on par with active campaign and other players. My only gripe is that the forms are ugly and limited. As someone who doesn’t code, I’m struggling with creating beautiful landing pages with Encharge. I wish there were more options but I’m stuck with code that embeds and looks blah. It’s not a deal breaker of course and I can see myself delightfully using Encharge for the rest of my life. I have bought and returned two other email marketing services from AppSumo this year. I can say with confidence, something like Encharge is a unicorn. Grab it before it flies and becomes a superstar!

I don't see how anyone could complain about this offer or system. It's truly the best email marketing platform I have ever used. Hopefully, the Encharge team continues to listen to user feedback and adds more automation over time. So far, what they have is more than I expected and definitely a godsend!

After trying multiple email marketing and automation platforms, Encharge has been a real game-changer. Not just because of its intuitive interface and visual workflows, but especially because of its ability to track user behavior on the website and turn that data into real sales opportunities.

One of the features I value most is the web tracking. Encharge lets you see exactly which pages each lead has visited, how much time they’ve spent on each one, and when they return to check out a specific offer. This information is marketing gold. Thanks to this system, I can now trigger personalized automations when someone visits, for example, a product page or a free resource. And best of all: I can reach out to that lead at the exact moment their interest is highest.

Integrating it with my site was incredibly easy: just a small script and within minutes, I was seeing how users were navigating my pages. From there, everything is visual and straightforward. You can build automated flows that respond to specific actions: if someone visits a sales page but doesn’t buy, they receive a tailored follow-up email. If they download a resource, they enter a different sequence. Everything adjusts to what the user actually does—not what you assume they’ll do.

What’s more, Encharge allows you to segment your audience with surgical precision. You can create conditions based on events, page views, clicks, tags… This makes your campaigns way more relevant and effective.

In short, Encharge is not just an email marketing tool. It’s a smart platform that turns website visits into real conversations. And today, that makes all the difference.

Highly recommended if you want to stop sending generic emails and start communicating with your leads right when they’re ready to hear from you.

I cannot understand how someone can rate Encharge with only one star and then, in the same review, write that it is "just" a better Mailchimp...

Because that is exactly the point: Encharge is indeed better than most established email marketing tools out there! I've used several tools before – MailerLite, Mailchimp, Brevo, etc. – all great tools, but I am blown away by the segmentation and automation capabilities of Encharge. You can build Segments based on custom fields AND tags, as well as other metrics combined (opens, clicks, and so on...) – you CANNOT do this in Mailchimp.

I do understand why some might be disappointed that this LTD is "only" mapped to the Growth Plan and doesn't include features from the Premium Plan – but even so, the features it does include are more powerful than those offered by most globally established email marketing tools.

Encharge is almost perfect - the only thing I just wish is that the filter system (under People) offered more options and that you could manually change things like custom fields after selecting multiple people (like you can do in Brevo). Currently, for changes involving multiple people, I always have to create a separate automation flow, which feels like a somewhat “time-consuming” workaround. Also, the look and feel could be optimized in some areas.

But honestly, that's just "nitpicking on a high level" – Encharge is truly brilliant!

After testing it with high hopes and good feelings without event targeting, API and premium integrations, Encharge loses its original power for advanced and connected automations becoming totally basic. Especially it lacks segmentation, I repeat, without this and unfortunately I'm going to return it.
- But still, it is better than most traditional email marketing tools (like Mailchimp) for its advanced segmentation and webhooks, especially in the LTD (one-time payment) offer... but again that's not the value proposal of Encharge and is not what I was looking for.

about this, I have to say something for which I get too tired of this platform, that's why I'm progressively leaving it like many others:
It's unfortunate that Sumolings we always been obligated have to do a deep research (check comment threads, compare, ask, talk to others on forums...) just to know what hides each offer here and what we actually receive. Recently, even with the new ‘'Plans & features’' section many developers hide upsellings, half offers or a value proposition contrary to the nature of the original product, and it's rarely clear.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is crazy tiring. I just really wish want to know what I get when I buy in a crystal clear way, let's avoid bad reviews, returns and wasted time. Thank you very much.
