Acumbamail reviews

I was initially very satisfied with Acumbamail, especially its stability and delivery performance. However, I am now extremely disappointed.

Without any prior warning or explanation, my account—on a legitimate lifetime plan—was suddenly blocked. I immediately contacted support over a week ago, but have received no meaningful response. This service disruption has caused serious issues for my business.

I am leaving this 1-star review not because of the platform’s functionality, but to express my frustration with the complete lack of communication from the support team.

I sincerely hope Acumbamail will address this issue promptly and restore my account. I will be happy to update my rating once this is resolved, but right now I cannot recommend this service to others.

I've used other expensive software with high monthly subscriptions to basically do all the things that AcumbaMail can do. The lifetime deal price is great value and provides peace of mind that I don't have to adjust my budget for subscription increases.

I tested another software, but did a refund and got Acumbamail instead.

This is exactly what i was looking for and it works great!

I had been on the lookout for a new email campaign provider for some time. After testing several others and even purchasing a few I found that most didn’t meet my requirements.

That all changed when I tried and purchased Acumbamail. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and have been very happy with the experience, especially the delivery rates.

If it comes back to AppSumo, I would absolutely upgrade my current tier.

Integrating and setting up mail for subscribers was easy

Great for newsletters and they have have a WordPress plugin and Woocommerce integration for people to opt in to the newsletter on the checkout page ✅

A lot of email tools doesn't have that build in

Spent about a week using this program and though the email and customization process is nice, however the email support, automation, and lead forms were very limited. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone trying to do something bigger but just for a small amount of emails.

I followed the instuctions that Acumbamail provides to and engaged my website host to make the changes in Cloudflare. When clicking on verifiy in Anti-Spam setting (now after 5 days) I am getting DKIM and DMARC not verfified. I wrote to Acumbamail support stating what I had done so far and included an export from Cloudflare showing all the settings asking them to review and let me know what I need to do to get this going... and pointing out the urgency to get the newsletter out... the reply just restated the instructions... I then wrote back and again included the clourdflare settings (including the required DKIM and DMARC) and I have not received any reply... I really need their help[ with this...

We bought this deal and wanted to love it. But the support is always linking to the FAQ section on the website, but our problems were not resolved. After a while they just stopped answering. A promising solution, but not intuitive and without help definitely no usable for us.

I was very excited when I made this purchase. You could even say that I was thrilled with a good product made in Europe - wow!
Unfortunately, the support is non-existent or completely chaotic.
I'll say it again - a product without support is a dead product, no matter how good the design and functionality of the product is.

The support took almost a week to reply and still no solution. Very disappointing 😞
