I was very excited when I made this purchase. You could even say that I was thrilled with a good product made in Europe - wow!
Unfortunately, the support is non-existent or completely chaotic.
I'll say it again - a product without support is a dead product, no matter how good the design and functionality of the product is.

The support took almost a week to reply and still no solution. Very disappointing 😞

Quite a useful tool. I have included it in my portfolio. At this point it looks good

I would say the interface is clean, however it is really hard to use. The undo button is hidden way below. I think many people would have missed it. after 3 days and many videos I am still trying to figure how to launch my page. and last the report/help function is totally useless. keep bring me to the login and the back to my page. I hope you would be able to resolve these issue and I would review the program again

Still in the process of setting things up slowly and haven't started sending out any emails yet. But connecting to my WP site and adding new signups to a list seems to be working fine. I have been reading about deliverability issues, hope that is sorted out soon if not already sorted. All in all Acumbamail seems like a solid product.

It has a fast, reliable support and with guarantees that they will help you to solve any incident, ignorance or any questions you have, with enough kindness and in terms of platform implementation is quite solid, robust and with many options that can be very helpful and very useful.

Frustratingly, I was advised that I had to have my campaigns vetted before I could use their SMTP service. But it's their platform, they make the rules. Also, I am frustrated with their platform switching from English to Spanish randomly. Good deal, but not being held to ransom on them policing my campaigns, despite them being only for local brick and mortar businesses. I'll go elsewhere. Thanks.

It has all the email features from the more expensive plans from what I can tell which is nice.

Nice mature UI, onboarding was simple, setup was a breeze. I a have some email experience so caveat there. Deliverability has worked from my testing. Will keep.

Bought Tier 3 way back in Oct. 29, 2021, but have never used it (still using MailChimp).
Now that I'm about to use it and I'm considering upgrading to a higher Tier.

But when I log in, I see that my account has been blocked! Pretty wild and not very demanding to invest further in this product.

Do others have a similar problem?
I can also see in here that support is not very responsive. I will still try to contact them and see what happens

At first I found it difficult to adapt to the way it has to filter the lists and create campaigns through segments, but once I overcame that barrier I find it very flexible and effective. The rest of the functionalities are very good, and it is very easy to use. I have yet to test the creation of an agency account and I think it is very good that it is separate from the white label. Very good product, just to say that this is the fourth time I buy it, the previous ones were purchases made directly from my own accounts in Appsumo of my clients.

I can't remember which email I signed up with this product. I remember activating it, looking around inside and realizing I didn't have time to handle setting up all the aspects of my newsletter because there was so much to do. So I put it on my to do list for later. Now I can't figure out which email account I used to log in. I've emailed support several times and never got a response. Waste of money.
